Brittany tailors its services to the requirements of each client; we excel equally in both advisory and fundraising assignments. Each requires market perspective as well as seamless coordination between the sponsor team and Brittany. In addition, there is no substitute for disciplined, thorough follow-through and attention to detail.

A typical advisory assignment might include crafting a cohesive and powerful institutional-quality investment theme, and preparing offering materials that support that story. Our broad range of financing experience could lead us to also suggest appropriate terms.  Both joint venture relationships and traditional limited partnership vehicles are considered.

A fundraising assignment might involve developing a global marketing plan, identifying potential investors, pursuing them tenaciously, organizing marketing meetings, orchestrating follow up, and assisting in final marketing and negotiations with investors. A "patiently aggressive" style characterizes our approach to investors.

Brittany believes in relationships, and essentially works as part of a sponsorís team. We plan beyond the current project and establish the groundwork for future business development and fundraising even as we represent clients in the marketplace today.
